Avv. Paolo Grondona
Paolo Grondona is a labour lawyer based in Milan. He advises on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
He regularly advises multinational corporations in relation to the implementation of their global HR policies in Italy, as well as in relation to resolving local problems and issues with Italian employees and trade unions. Paolo also has extensive experience in dealing with M&A labour issues, individual and collective dismissals, protection of health and safety in the work place, privacy in the work place, disciplinary cases. From the practice of privacy law in the work place, Paolo developed an interest for privacy law as a general area of practice. Hence, he started to work for clients in the banking and in the insurance markets. He is now a leading expert in Italy for data protection matters.
He read law at the Università di Pavia and qualified as an Italian avvocato in 1980.
